Job summary

Leadec in India is seeking a Site Manager/Engineer for comprehensive maintenance across utility, machine shop, and paint shop operations at the Dharuhera site. Responsibilities include coordinating HVAC, compressors, boilers, CNC/HMC systems, EOT cranes, and paint shop upkeep to ensure uninterrupted production.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation or Boiler with 3–12 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and site

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance roles across HVAC, machines, paints, and EOT cranes.
• Site management or supervision experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and maintenance protocols.

• 1) Utility Maintinace - HVAC, Air Compressors, Boiler, Transformers, Pump House, STP, ETP, DG Sets, HT LT.
• 2) Machine Shop Maintenance - CNC, VMC, HMC, Hydraulic, Pneumatic,

• 4) EOT Crane Maintenance
