Job summary

Colliers is seeking an experienced Project Lead for Civil to oversee the end-to-end execution of a premium hospitality project and a high-rise residential project on-site in Noida/Greater Noida/Gurgaon. The role entails full responsibility for project planning, execution, coordination, quality, cost and timely delivery.

The candidate will lead site teams, coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors, and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Proven experience as Project Lead or Project Manager on large-scale projects.
• Exposure to high-rise residential will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall site execution of civil works from start to handover.
• Prepare and monitor project execution plans and schedules.
