Splendidgroup is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee end-to-end site execution for Evora, a flagship luxury residential project. You will manage premium finishes, coordinate with BIM models, and lead a team to meet strict milestones.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in civil engineering, with 3–5 years delivering luxury residential or premium commercial projects, and strong skills in MSP/Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Revit/BIM.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering is required.
• NICMAR qualification or MBA in Project Management / Business Analytics is a plus.
• Minimum 8+ years in Civil Engineering with 3–5 years on luxury projects.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end civil construction site execution and premium finishing management.
• Develop and monitor master baselines and DPRs using MSP/Primavera P6.
• Maintain zero-compromise quality for luxury finishes including testing.
• Monitor cash flow, approve RA bills, control wastage, manage variations.
• Coordinate drawing & BIM with consultants; resolve RFIs and clashes.
• Hire, supervise and evaluate subcontractors; ensure safety and on-time delivery.
• Implement HSE protocols, safety audits and toolbox talks on site.
• Ensure compliance with local bylaws, NBC norms and RERA timelines.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented Civil Project Manager to oversee the complete site execution and delivery of our flagship luxury residential project, Evora. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end construction, managing premium finishes (V-Ray / D5 Render accurate architectural execution, marble/granite work, structural precision), strict timeline tracking using project management software, and managing contractors and high-net-worth stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Site Execution- End-to-end management of civil construction, site execution, structural framing, and high-end exterior/interior finishing works.
• Timeline & Schedule Management- Develop and monitor master project baselines, site milestones, and Daily Progress Reports (DPR) using MS Project / Primavera P6.
• Quality Assurance & Premium Finishes- Maintain zero-compromise quality standards for luxury specifications, structural concrete testing, high-grade waterproofing, premium tiling/flooring, and architectural elevation work.
• Budget & Cost Control-Monitor project cash flow, approve contractor RA bills, control material wastage (target Two Percentage), and handle variation orders efficiently.
• Drawing & BIM Coordination- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP consultants. Ensure error-free execution of 2D/3D CAD drawings and resolve site clashes via RFI process.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Hire, supervise, and evaluate subcontractors, specialized labor, and vendors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.
• Site Safety & EHS- Implement strict HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols, safety audits, and toolbox talks across the project site.
• RERA & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to local building bylaws, NBC norms, RERA timelines, and safety regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Technical & Software Skills:

• Proficient in project planning software: MS Project (MSP) / Primavera P6.
• Solid understanding of AutoCAD, Revit / BIM models, and high-end architectural drawings.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering, concrete technology, estimation, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and material testing protocols.

Leadership & Management Skills:

• Strong site control and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and professional communication skills.
• Ability to drive site teams to meet strict milestones under pressure.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (NICMAR qualification or MBA in Project Management / Business Analytics is a big plus).

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, with at least 3-5 years managing luxury residential or premium commercial projects.
