Job summary

Ultra-luxury Residential Developer is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to lead on-site execution for a premium development. Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• PG in Construction Management is a plus.
• 8+ years in construction site execution on high-end residential or ultra-luxury projects.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of on-site construction activities from foundation through finishing, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and luxury-grade quality benchmarks.
• Lead and mentor the on-site engineering team, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring accountability and discipline across all trades.
• Monitor and enforce project schedules, proactively identifying and resolving delays or bottlenecks.
• Act as the primary on-site liaison between the developer, project architects, architectural/interior design firms, MEP consultants, structural consultants, and specialist vendors.
• Coordinate RFIs, drawing revisions, and design changes with all stakeholders, ensuring proper sign-off.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead on-site execution for a high-profile ultra-luxury real estate development. This role demands a hands-on civil engineering leader who can seamlessly coordinate between the developer's leadership, architects, architectural/design firms, consultants, and the on-site execution team — while upholding the exacting quality, finish, and detailing standards expected in the ultra-luxury segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of on-site construction activities from foundation through finishing, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and luxury-grade quality benchmarks
• Lead and mentor the on-site engineering team, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring accountability and discipline across all trades
• Monitor and enforce project schedules, proactively identifying and resolving delays or bottlenecks

Coordination

• Act as the primary on-site liaison between the developer, project architects, architectural/interior design firms, MEP consultants, structural consultants, and specialist vendors
• Drive design-to-site coordination by flagging discrepancies, buildability issues, and clarifications required from design teams in a timely manner
• Coordinate RFIs, drawing revisions, and design changes with all stakeholders, ensuring nothing gets executed without proper sign-off

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce stringent quality control standards appropriate for ultra-luxury finishes
• Ensure compliance with structural safety, statutory/regulatory norms, and health & safety protocols on site
• Conduct regular quality audits and snag/defect tracking through to closure

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and present regular progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly) covering execution status, manpower, material, quality, and safety to senior management and the developer
• Maintain accurate documentation for DPRs, work completion certificates, material reconciliation, drawing registers, and minutes of coordination meetings
• Track project milestones against baseline schedules and highlight risks with mitigation plans
• Coordinate with procurement on material planning, approvals of samples/mock-ups, and delivery schedules for premium/imported materials
• Manage contractor bills, measurement verification, and certification for payments in coordination with the QS/billing team

Candidate Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory); a PG in Construction Management is a plus
• 8+ years in construction site execution, with demonstrated experience on high-end residential, hospitality, or ultra-luxury projects
• Proven experience coordinating directly with architects, architectural firms, and design consultants on complex, detail-intensive projects
• Strong exposure to premium finishes, facades, MEP integration, and quality benchmarks associated with luxury real estate
• Excellent command of MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office/reporting tools
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills — comfortable interfacing with senior developer leadership and top-tier design firms
• High attention to detail and an uncompromising approach to quality, given the ultra-luxury positioning of the project
