Job summary

The Team Builders is seeking an experienced Façade Design Engineer for Mumbai. You will lead façade design development, detailing, and coordination with consultants to ensure precise execution of high-end luxury packages across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities include concept design, detailed drawings, curtain wall and glazing system design, and coordination for structural/thermal calculations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in façade design
• Strong exposure to luxury / premium projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit and façade-specific software preferred)
• Strong technical and detailing capabilities
• Good understanding of façade systems and materials
• Candidates must be available for immediate joining
