Job summary

Solarshield in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a full-time solar EPC site engineer to supervise installation of solar PV systems (3kW-500kW) and conduct structural/shadow analysis on-site. You will coordinate with DISCOM for net-metering approvals and train installation crews to ensure safety and MNRE compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of solar EPC site experience, and have hands-on knowledge of inverters, MPPT, and BoS

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of solar EPC site experience.
• Willing to travel within UP region.
