Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on Solar Site Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience in the execution of rooftop and ground‑mounted solar PV projects. The ideal candidate should be well‑versed in site supervision, quality checks, and electrical/mechanical installation of solar systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise solar installation work at site including module mounting, structure erection, inverter setup, and cabling.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure site safety compliance and proper use of PPEs and safety measures.
• Perform basic testing and commissioning of installed systems (inverters, modules, AC/DC connections).
• Troubleshoot installation and operational issues at the site level.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily progress reports, and material tracking.
• Conduct site inspections and report deviations or quality issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering field.
• 2 to 3 years of field experience in solar PV project execution.
• Familiarity with solar equipment installation, wiring standards, and basic testing.
