• Engage with customers and understand their requirements
• Recommend suitable gemstones, Rudraksha, and spiritual wellness products
• Achieve sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and billing operations
• Maintain premium showroom standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience
