Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of telecalling or telesales experience.
• Strong communication in Hindi and English; Marathi is an advantage.
• Proven persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Interest in gemstones, astrology or spiritual products is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Personal laptop is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Connect with warm/inbound leads and convert them into customers.
• Conduct phone-based consultative sales and product recommendations.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets through follow-ups.
• Handle objections, negotiations and high-value conversations.
• Maintain leads, follow-ups and sales activities in CRM.

• Coordinate with operations, logistics and customer support teams.
