As a Sales Executive for our semi-precious gemstone range, you will guide customers from first enquiry to confirmed order, with an average order value of 5,000 20,000. This is a consultative sales role: customers need guidance and confidence before they buy, so listening well and explaining clearly matter as much as closing.

Role & responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for premium customers through calls, virtual consultations, emails and digital channels
• Respond quickly to inbound enquiries and make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads
• Understand each customer's need (purpose, budget, occasion, preferences) before recommending a stone or piece
• Recommend the right semi-precious gemstones and jewellery, explaining quality, origin, certification, pricing and care honestly
• Handle objections, close orders and confirm payment and delivery details
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products where they genuinely suit the customer
• Follow up on pending quotations, abandoned carts and undecided customers until the deal is closed
• Deliver a luxury customer experience with expert guidance, product knowledge and end-to-end sales assistance
• Build long-term relationships to drive loyalty, referrals and repeat business
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities and sales activity in the CRM
• Collaborate with dispatch, payments and support teams for seamless order fulfilment
• Consistently achieve monthly revenue, order value and conversion targets while upholding premium brand standards
