Homworks A Prominance Group Venture is seeking a confident Showroom Receptionist in a premium home interiors showroom. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, architects, designers, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming showroom experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge; Freshers are welcome, and the role requires fluency in English, Hindi, and the local language.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in reception, front office, hospitality, customer service, or retail showroom operations.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and professional presentation are welcome.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local language is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and greet walk-in customers, architects, designers, and other visitors professionally.
• Manage front-desk operations and maintain a neat, organized reception area.
• Answer incoming calls, handle general enquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
• Introduce customers to Homworks' home interior solutions and showroom offerings.
• Coordinate with sales consultants, interior designers, and other relevant teams.
• Maintain visitor registers, customer details, and CRM records accurately.
• Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, documents, and dispatches.
• Handle basic administrative activities, data entry, emails, and daily reports.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain professional showroom standards.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and the relevant local language is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Professional grooming, a pleasant personality, and a confident approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and computer operations.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Willingness to work on Sundays and take one weekly off between Monday and Thursday.
• Comfortable working the 11:00 AM–8:00 PM shift.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from premium retail showrooms, hospitality, front office, customer service, or home interior businesses will be preferred.
