Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Interior Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a foundational understanding of interior design principles and proficiency in design software. The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training at our Sitra, Coimbatore office and, upon the opening of new showrooms, will be expected to relocate to various locations across India as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior designers in developing design concepts and presentations.
2. Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, and specifications using AutoCAD.
3. Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp to visualize design concepts.
4. Conduct site visits and measurements as needed.
5. Research and select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting fixtures.
6. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and obtain quotes.
7. Maintain organized project files and documentation.
8. Participate in client meetings and presentations as required.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design innovations.
10. Adhere to project timelines and budgets.

Location: Various locations across India (relocation required)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in interior design.
• Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design software and techniques.
• Hindi speaking is an added advantage.
• Willing to relocate anywhere in India as per company requirements upon the opening of new showrooms.
