Job summary

X Line in Mangalore, Karnataka, is seeking a Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, supervise staff, and drive sales. You will engage with walk-in customers, present modular wardrobe options, quote pricing, and coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of showroom or retail management experience, excellent English communication, and strong leadership and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise and coordinate showroom staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
• Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable modular wardrobe solutions.
• Explain product features, materials, finishes, pricing, and customization options to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on potential sales leads.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving showroom sales targets.
• Coordinate with the design, sales, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain product displays, showroom presentation, and customer enquiry records.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare sales updates and reports for management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2-5 years of management experience preferred, ideally in showroom management, retail sales, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong customer handling, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage sales enquiries, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into orders.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and well-organized, with a professional approach.
• Interest or experience in modular wardrobes, furniture, interiors, building materials, or related products will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a showroom environment and coordinating with multiple teams.
• Both male and female candidates are welcome.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
