• Manage overall showroom operations including sales, customer service, and administration

• Ensure superior customer experience and relationship management
• Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff to achieve performance goals
• Oversee jewellery inventory, stock movement, and reconciliation
• Ensure proper display, safety, and security of jewellery items
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and service issues effectively
• Coordinate with head office on sales reports, MIS, and operational requirements
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, billing processes, and regulatory norms
• Plan and execute showroom promotions, offers, and local marketing activities.
