The Floor Manager is responsible for supervising daily sales floor operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, supporting sales achievement, managing floor staff, and maintaining showroom presentation standards within the jewellery showroom. The role acts as a bridge between the showroom management and sales team to ensure smooth customer handling, operational efficiency, and premium in-store experience. The position plays a key role in improving customer engagement, sales conversion, staff productivity, and overall showroom discipline.

Responsibilities
