Role Overview

The Store Manager (Jewellery) is responsible for overseeing all store operations, ensuring excellent customer experience, driving sales, maintaining inventory accuracy, and managing a high-value product environment with strong focus on security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily operations of the jewellery showroom
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and improve store profitability
• Deliver premium customer service and ensure a luxury shopping experience
• Handle high-value customer interactions, billing, and closing sales
• Supervise gold, diamond, and precious stone inventory with strict accuracy
• Ensure proper stock display, visual merchandising, and showroom presentation
• Lead, train, and motivate sales executives and support staff
• Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction security
• Maintain showroom security procedures and compliance standards
• Coordinate with head office for stock, marketing, and reporting
• Handle customer complaints, repairs, exchanges, and after-sales service
• Ensure adherence to audit processes and company policies

Requirements
