They are responsible for driving sales targets monitoring high value inventory, managing visual merchandising, and ensuring strict adherence to security and compliance protocols.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service
  • Drive Sales: Lead the sales floor to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Client Relations: Manage high-net-worth clients, address escalated complaints, and build long-term relationships for repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide expert assistance regarding gold purity (22K/18K), diamond certification (VVS/VS), and gemstone quality.
• Team Management & Training
  • Staff Supervision: Schedule, train, and motivate Sales Executives and Customer Relationship Executives.
  • Performance Tracking: Conduct daily briefings, set individual sales KPIs (conversion ratios, average bill value) and evaluate performance.
  • Grooming: Enforce professional grooming and strict discipline.
• Inventory & Security Management
  • Stock Audits: Oversee daily opening and closing stock counts, physical verification, and reconciliation.
  • Loss Prevention: Ensure secure handling of high-value items, monitor surveillance on the floor, and enforce strict security protocols.
  • Merchandising: Ensure visually appealing product displays, attractive arrangements and highlight new arrivals/promotional offers.
• Store Operations and Compliance
  • Billing Accuracy: Oversee the billing process, handle cash and digital transactions, and apply accurate making charges and gold rates.
  • Compliance: Enforce retail SOPs, health and safety regulations, and strict statutory guidelines regarding Hallmarking and KYC norms.
