Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets.

• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate store employees.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies and grooming standards.
• Manage inventory, stock movement, and periodic stock audits.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and banking procedures.
• Maintain security protocols for jewellery, cash, and store assets.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Plan and execute promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure visual merchandising and showroom presentation meet brand standards.
• Coordinate with the head office regarding inventory replenishment, sales reports, and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
