Job summary

JobItUs seeks a Showroom Manager to own operations for GlobalNest, ArtistryRoom, and Thread across its Chennai showroom network. The role drives sales, manages the showroom team, oversees inventory, and ensures a premium customer experience with a focus on visual merchandising and post-sale service.

You will lead staff, coordinate with marketing, and report performance metrics while maintaining SOPs and showroom discipline.

Qualifications

• Ensure accurate stock levels and stock replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations across all three brands.
• Drive showroom sales through walk-ins, trade enquiries, and customer follow-ups.
• Lead, train, and supervise showroom staff and Assistant Studio Manager.
• Track sales targets and ensure achievement of business goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising and premium showroom presentation.
• Oversee inventory management and coordinate with warehouse and sourcing teams.
• Handle key customer interactions, negotiations, and sales closures.
• Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Coordinate architect/interior designer relationships and B2B orders.
• Ensure billing, documentation, after-sales service, and customer grievance resolution.
• Maintain showroom discipline, cleanliness, SOPs, and employee schedules.
• Conduct daily evening reviews and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for catalogues, AI product photography, and digital assets.

KRA: Task / Activities
