Role Description

The Shop Floor Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and organized floor and carpeted areas within operational facilities, including warehouses and service spaces. Day-to-day tasks include performing floor and carpet cleaning, waxing, and basic environmental services such as waste handling, surface sanitation, and routine housekeeping in accordance with company standards. The technician will inspect work areas, report maintenance or safety issues, and follow established procedures and schedules to minimize disruption to operations. This role requires consistent communication with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate tasks, support logistics activities, and uphold health and safety regulations.
