Job summary

Marquardt in Talegaon Dabhade, Maharashtra, seeks a Production Shift Supervisor to manage shift schedules and ensure timely production orders and order fulfilment. You will oversee training and verification, allocate staff daily, and prepare reports while maintaining standardized workflows and HSSE compliance.

Day-to-day duties include shift maintenance, sequencing, and continuous improvement of setup processes.

Qualifications

• SMT experience is mandatory and should be demonstrated.
• Experience in managing shift schedules and production flow.
• Proven ability to train staff and verify performance.
