Job summary

Woco Tech Elastomere Noida Limited in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a rubber moulding environment. You will ensure production targets, monitor machine performance, and coordinate with quality, maintenance and tool room teams.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Plastic/Polymer Production and 4–6 years of relevant experience with moulding machines such as Arburg, Engel, JSW, or Shibaura.

• Minimum 46 years of experience in rubber moulding or injection moulding operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations and ensure production targets are met.
• Allocate manpower and monitor machine performance, output, downtime, and rejection.
• Troubleshoot moulding defects and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams.
• Ensure proper machine start-up, parameter setting, changeover, and shift handover.
• Maintain shop-floor discipline, safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare shift reports, production records, rejection data, and downtime reports.
• Train operators on process, quality, safety, and machine handling requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Plastic, Polymer, Production, or related field.
• Minimum 46 years of experience in rubber moulding or injection moulding operations.
• Experience with machines such as Arburg, Engel, JSW, Shibaura, Toshiba, or similar will be preferred.
• Knowledge of LSR processing and robot handling, preferably Wittmann, will be an added advantage.
