Job summary

Aurolab is seeking a skilled operator for injection moulding and machine maintenance in Tamil Nadu. The role involves operating moulding machines, performing basic troubleshooting, and supporting mould changes, machine setups, trials, and preventive maintenance.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics, Polymer, or Tool & Die and 1–10 years of experience in injection moulding or related manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer / Tool & Die or related discipline.
• 1–10 years of experience in Injection Moulding / Machine Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection moulding machines as per SOP and process parameters.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of machine and moulding defects.
• Support mould change, machine setup, trials, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor production, quality, rejection, and machine downtime.
• Maintain production records and follow cleanroom procedures.
• Follow safety, 5S, GMP/quality requirements and maintain good housekeeping.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
