Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle manpower planning and overall shift activities.
• Monitor process parameters and minimize troubleshooting issues.
• Carry out mould changeovers independently using SMED knowledge.
• Conduct self-quality inspection and monitor daily rejection.
• Achieve production targets as per plan with proper process setup.
• Prepare MIS and production reports.
• Train and guide subordinates and workers on the floor.
• Maintain 5S, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke practices.
