Job summary

Morgan Placement is seeking an experienced production professional to supervise injection moulding and extrusion operations in Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on meeting output, OEE and quality targets while upholding safety and maintenance standards.

You'll lead shift teams, drive Kaizen/SGA improvements, ensure SOP compliance, and manage troubleshooting and rejection control to minimize waste.

Relevant ITI or Polymer Diploma backgrounds preferred.

Qualifications

• ITI or diploma in polymer technology or related field.
• Experience in plastic molding manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SOPs, 5S, safety and maintenance.
