Overview

As a Shift Manager at Amadora, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations during your shift, leading the team, and ensuring service, quality, and hygiene standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations during assigned shifts
• Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor product quality, portioning, and service standards
• Coordinate with store managers on staffing, inventory, and handovers
• Ensure accurate shift handover reports and basic documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in QSR / food & beverage / retail operations
• Prior experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or assistant manager preferred
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Responsible, hands-on, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
