Job summary

Sodexo India Services Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks a Facility Engineer to manage daily facility engineering operations across Talawade, Wiekfield, V Tech and SP Infocity 4B.

The role covers electrical, mechanical, HVAC and other MEP systems with preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring safety and thorough reporting. The ideal candidate has 2–6 years in facility management for commercial or industrial sites, and holds ITI/Diploma/degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of facility management experience in commercial buildings, IT parks or industrial facilities.
• Good technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily facility engineering operations during the assigned shift.
• Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and other MEP systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and attend breakdowns to ensure minimum downtime.
• Monitor equipment such as DG sets, UPS, transformers, LT panels, pumps, motors, AHUs, and chillers.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and service contractors.
• Maintain shift reports, maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and equipment records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Complete proper shift handovers and follow up on pending maintenance activities.
