Deepak Nitrite in Dahej, India, seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance activities for HT/LT systems, motors, MCC/PCC/IMCC, VFDs, UPS, and switchgear. Qualifications

• HT/LT electrical distribution systems knowledge required.
• Experience with preventive and breakdown maintenance essential.
• SAP PM module familiarity preferred.
• Strong focus on energy management and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical maintenance manpower, job allocation, and shift scheduling.
• Ensure availability and reliability of electrical equipment for continuous production.
• Attend and troubleshoot electrical breakdowns.
• Execute preventive maintenance of motors, MCC, PCC, IMCC, VFDs, UPS, transformers, and switchgear.
• Maintain power distribution systems, RTCC panels, power factor, and earth pits.
• Perform lighting, AC, and facility electrical maintenance.
• Monitor energy consumption and prepare power reports.
• Manage electrical spares, service PRs, and bill verification through SAP.
• Maintain ISO, statutory, and maintenance documentation.
• Execute electrical modifications, installations, commissioning, and project activities.
• Drive energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, PPE usage, Work Permit, and MOC systems.
• Report and investigate safety incidents and ensure statutory compliance.
