Impronics Technologies in Gurugram is seeking a ServiceNow UI/UX Builder Architect with expertise in ServiceNow architecture, UI/UX design, and portal development. The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder and leading large-scale implementations.

You will design and implement UI/UX solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to create user-friendly interfaces, integrate with cloud platforms, and guide teams on portal scripting and UX frameworks while supporting ITSM and ITOM

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IT experience, with significant exposure to ServiceNow architecture.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and CSS-based development.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow client/server scripting and APIs.
• Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Virtual Agent.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of UI/UX solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Work with stakeholders to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Ensure design consistency and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
