Job summary

Providence Global Center is seeking an experienced UI/UX Developer with ServiceNow expertise to design intuitive, user-centric web and mobile experiences within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to create scalable UI solutions across web and mobile platforms.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI technologies: Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspace, Employee Center, Catalog Item UI customization.
• Strong design thinking and human-centered design principles.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade mobile applications.
• Front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS/React, Bootstrap/Responsive design.
• Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or Axure.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive UI best practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, modern, and responsive UIs for ServiceNow apps and enterprise platforms.
• Apply design thinking to understand user pain points and create user-centric solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and interactive designs.
• Develop and customize UI components within ServiceNow using Service Portal, UI Builder, and Workspace.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, developers, and stakeholders during requirements gathering.
• Ensure UX consistency, branding, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Design and support mobile-first and cross-platform experiences.

Key Responsibilities
