Job summary

Adecco seeks an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead enterprise-level platform architecture, strategy, governance, and automation. The role requires strong hands-on ServiceNow expertise and the ability to guide multiple delivery teams and engage senior stakeholders.

The candidate will define platform strategy, governance across product families, and drive integration patterns with CMDB/CSDM practices at scale. Senior stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
• 10–16 years of overall IT experience with 8–10+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong experience in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and platform governance.
• Proven experience designing and implementing at least 2 end-to-end ServiceNow instances across multiple product families/workflows.
• Deep hands-on expertise with recent ServiceNow releases.
• Expertise in platform strategy, integration architecture/patterns, and complex delivery governance.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture and CSDM.
• Extensive experience with enterprise-scale automation and workflow transformation.
• Ability to operate as a platform-level architect, providing architectural direction to multiple teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Proven experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders, influencing platform roadmap, technology direction, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level platform architecture and solution strategy across ServiceNow environments.
• Define governance models and drive automation initiatives at scale.
• Advise senior stakeholders and guide multiple delivery teams and partners.
• Ensure CMDB/CSDM alignment and integration patterns across product families.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and architect future platform roadmaps.
