Job summary

SEZ Pune Ascendas is seeking a senior ServiceNow Testing professional to lead testing for ITSM, CMDB, and workflows in a global project based in Pune. You will design test strategies, drive ATF automation, and coordinate with stakeholders during Agile ceremonies.

The role requires 12+ years of hands-on testing and test management, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate requirements into robust test cases.

Qualifications

• 12+ Years of experience on ServiceNow Testing.
  Hands on Test Manager / Lead experience.
  Develop Test Strategy & Test Management
  ServiceNow functional knowledge (ITSM, CMDB, workflows)
  Automation and ATF expertise
  Stakeholder management and communication
  Risk-based decision making and defect management
  Working experience in Agile methodology and its ceremonies.
  Good experience in writing test cases.
  Candidate should be able to understand all the technical requirements related to ITSM modules of ServiceNow application.
  Good understanding of Testing process and various types of testing.
  Oral communication skills including the ability to actively listen.
  Written communication skills clear, understandable, and unambiguous documentation and emails are a part of the role.
