Job summary

InfoBeans Technologies Europe GmbH is seeking a ServiceNow QA Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience to validate ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, migrations and platform upgrades, ensuring quality across modules.

You will perform manual and automated testing using ServiceNow ATF, Selenium and API testing (REST/SOAP) within an Agile/Scrum framework, design test plans and maintain automated test suites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, migration, and platform upgrade projects.
• Experience creating and maintaining automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF.

Responsibilities

• Validate ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, migrations and upgrades.
• Perform manual and automated testing across ServiceNow modules.
• Design, maintain and execute test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with development and delivery teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Job Description

ServiceNow QA Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, including hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, integrations, and platform upgrades through manual and automated testing.

The candidate should have experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) , Selenium, API testing, Agile methodologies, and end-to-end testing across ServiceNow modules.

5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.

Experience with ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, migration, and platform upgrade projects.

Strong experience in manual and automation testing.

Experience creating and maintaining automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF.
