Job summary

E Solutions in PAN India / Pune seeks an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Tester to drive testing across ITSM modules including ITOM Discovery, Incident, Problem, Change and CMDB. You will design and execute test scripts, validate modules, and ensure traceability from requirements to results.

The role requires hands-on experience with ITSM testing, ITOM/CMDB, UAT, and ATF, along with strong defect management and ITIL process knowledge to support quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow ITSM testing across modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, ITOM, CMDB).
• Familiarity with ATF and test management tools.
• Ability to design and execute test cases and track defects end-to-end.

ServiceNow ITSM Tester

Location: PAN India / Pune

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Tester to support testing activities across ServiceNow ITSM modules, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test scripts for ServiceNow ITSM modules, including ITOM Discovery
• Design test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria aligned with approved test plans
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to test execution and results
• Collaborate with Test Leads, business SMEs, developers, architects, and process owners
• Validate Incident Management module
• Validate Problem Management module
• Validate Change Management module
• Validate Request Management module
• Validate Knowledge Management module
• Validate ITOM module
• Validate CMDB module
• Manage defect lifecycle including logging, prioritization, triage, and retesting
• Support UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
• Prepare and maintain test data and test environments
• Ensure testing aligns with ITIL best practices and ServiceNow standards
• Have experience with test management tools and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Prepare test reports, metrics, closure reports, and drive continuous QA improvements
