Job description

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow ITSM modules, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.

Defect Identification and Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools like JIRA or HP ALM.

Validation and Verification: Validate workflows, business rules, and UI policies to ensure alignment with requirements.

Collaboration and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Automated Testing: Leverage automated testing tools like ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF) or Selenium for test execution.
