Job summary

HR Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Tester in Bangalore with 4-6 years of hands-on experience. The role focuses on ATF-based automation, functional and regression testing, and defect management across releases. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to Agile practices are essential.

The candidate will develop automated tests, validate modules and integrations, and support upgrade testing. Immediate notice period is required.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: ServiceNow ATF and ServiceNow Testing are required.
• Must have experience in Functional and Regression Testing.
• Defect management experience is required.
• Ability to plan and execute tests effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF (mandatory).
• Validate ServiceNow modules, workflows, catalogs, integrations, and custom apps across releases.
• Support testing across major/minor/patch/upgrades.
• Create and maintain regression suites to ensure release quality.
• Log, track, and verify defects through resolution with developers and stakeholders.
• Analyze results, identify risks, and advise release readiness.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Platform Teams.
• Contribute to test strategy, planning, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) (mandatory).
• Validate ServiceNow modules, workflows, catalog items, integrations, and custom applications across releases.
• Support major, minor, patch, and platform upgrade testing activities.
• Create and maintain regression test suites to ensure release quality and platform stability.
• Log, track, and validate defects through resolution while working closely with developers and stakeholders.
• Analyze test results, identify quality risks, and provide release readiness recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Platform Teams throughout the SDLC.
• Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and quality governance processes.
• Drive test automation and continuous improvement initiatives to increase coverage and efficiency.
• Utilize version control and test management tools to maintain testing assets and documentation.
• Experience with Playwright and/or Selenium automation frameworks is highly desirable and considered a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, API testing, and enterprise ServiceNow implementations is preferred.
