Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Delhi, India, seeks a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions. The role requires deep technical expertise and a drive for digital transformation on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities include designing scalable CSM solutions, delivering hands-on work across modules, and architecting integrations with CRM, ERP, and finance systems. Strong ITIL-aligned ITSM knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 2–3 years ServiceNow experience with 1+ year CSM experience.
• CIS CSM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable CSM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Provide hands-on expertise across CSM modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of CSM data models, case lifecycle, and customer workflows.
• Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third-party platforms.
• Demonstrate proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and integration workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with CRM, ERP, financial systems, and external applications.
• Oversee interoperability and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Apply working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) mapped to ITIL.
