Job summary

Next Generation Technology Solutions is seeking a skilled ServiceNow SPM Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale SPM architecture, design and implementation across our hybrid delivery model in India. The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow SPM experience and strong expertise in SPM/ITBM, with 2+ end-to-end implementations.

You will work on Demand, Portfolio, Project, Resource and Financial Management, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape strategic planning and investment initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow SPM experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM / ITBM
• 2+ end-to-end SPM implementations
• Expertise in Demand, Portfolio, Project, Resource & Financial Management
• Strong knowledge of Strategic Planning, Agile/EAP & Investment Planning
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, MID Server & ServiceNow APIs
• Strong architecture & stakeholder management skills
• CIS-SPM preferred; CSA/CAD/CTA will be an advantage
