Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a Servicenow Developer to implement and enhance SPM modules across multiple locations including Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and other major Indian cities. The role requires strong JavaScript and Glide API skills, plus 3–8 years of ServiceNow experience focused on SPM/ITBM.

You will design, configure, and integrate modules, dashboards, and reports while aligning with best practices. As part of a C2H engagement, you will support data migrations, testing, and deployment

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of ServiceNow platform experience with emphasis on SPM/ITBM modules.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide APIs for customization.
• Experience configuring Portfolio Workbench, dashboards, and project templates.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM modules (Idea, Demand, Project, Program, Portfolio).
• Handle resource and time tracking, financial planning when enabled, and Agile 2.0 practices.
• Build dashboards/reports for portfolio performance and project health; provide testing and UAT support.

Role- Servicenow Developer

Location- Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Gurugram, Delhi/NCR, Kolkata

Position: C2H

Experience- 3-8Y

This role will be instrumental in implementing, customizing, and enhancing the SPM suite to meet business needs, streamline portfolio governance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM modules, including:
• Idea, Demand, Project, Program, and Portfolio Management
• Resource and Time Tracking
• Financial Planning (if enabled)
• Agile 2.0 (Scrum Programs, Epics, Stories, etc.)
• Customize forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client/server-side scripts
• Integrate SPM with other modules like ITBM, APM, CMDB, and ITSM where necessary
• Build dashboards and reports for portfolio performance, resource utilization, and project health
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, and provide deployment documentation
• Support data migrations, import sets, and transform maps for legacy data
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards

Required Qualifications:

• 37 years of ServiceNow platform experience, with 12+ years working specifically on SPM or ITBM
• Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, etc.)
• Experience in configuring Portfolio Workbench, Program dashboards, and project templates
