Job summary

Vrinda International invites an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join a global technology organization. You will design and deliver enterprise-scale ServiceNow SPM solutions (SPM/PPM) for international clients, leveraging Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server integrations.

Location: Pan India (Wipro Locations). Work Mode: Hybrid. Employment Type: Full-Time. Salary: Up to ₹22 LPA. Experience: 10–15 years.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow Architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SPM/PPM.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server integrations.
• Experience with Performance Analytics and executive dashboards.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and portfolio governance.
• Experience working in large SI environments such as Wipro, Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise-scale ServiceNow SPM solutions for global clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture, roadmaps and standards for SPM/PPM implementations.
• Lead technical design reviews and provide hands-on expertise to development teams.
