Job summary

Contactx Resource Management is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Consultant/Developer to design, implement, configure and support SPM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business goals and IT strategy.

You will leverage Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and platform capabilities to deliver scalable solutions, develop reporting and dashboards, and optimize performance for key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform development.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Experience in ServiceNow configuration including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes.
• Knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Good understanding of Agile and project management processes.
