What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years ServiceNow application development experience
• Strong hands‑on skills in JavaScript, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, Angular
• Proven experience in SPM / ITBM / PPM modules
• Solid understanding of Agile SDLC, ITSM and ITIL
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CIS in SPM/ITBM/CSM/ITAM preferred)

What You’ll Do

• Design, configure and customise ServiceNow using JavaScript, workflows, and scripting
• Lead end‑to‑end SPM / PPM implementations (Demand, Project, Resource, Time, Financials, Roadmaps)
• Integrate SPM with APM, Agile, and Financial Management for full lifecycle governance
• Enable Agile–SPM sync (epics, stories, sprints, project tasks)
• Implement Risk, Issue & RAID management, scoring and automated escalations

Work location: Pune (hybrid), BE/MCA or equivalent
