• ServiceNow development – JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies & Integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio & Integration Hub.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs & Web Services.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile & SAFe frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI-driven insights and predictive analytics in project planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to design scalable technical architectures following ServiceNow best practices.
