Qualifications

• 5–12 years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in ServiceNow SPM/PPM implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Strategic Planning.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Good understanding of ITIL and enterprise portfolio management processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support ServiceNow SPM modules, including: Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Agile Development, Financial Management.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SPM solutions.
• Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Support integrations with enterprise applications and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize portfolio, project, and resource management processes.
• Participate in upgrades, enhancements, testing, and production support activities.
