• Expert JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs like GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideSystem, RESTMessageV2, and spUtil
• Proven integration experience: REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, MID Server
• Upgrade-safe development with security (ACLs/roles/scopes) and performance focus
• Experience with source control, CI/CD, and automated testing for ServiceNow
• At least 2 years guiding or mentoring developers in Agile teams
• Production support and incident handling in build-and-run teams
• Strong CMDB/CSDM and ITIL understanding
• Excellent communication to explain trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
