Job summary

WillWare Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow portals and applications. You will build Service Portal components, widgets, pages, and themes; configure Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

Required: 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development; strong portal scripting; ITSM, ACLs, Glide APIs; REST/SOAP integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with Service Portal and ServiceNow scripting.
• Good understanding of Service Catalog, ITSM, ACLs, and Glide APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portal components, widgets, pages, and themes.
