Job summary

Impronics Technologies is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Portal Developer with 6+ years of experience to build and customize ServiceNow portals using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS. You will work on UI/UX enhancements, portal scripting, and integrations with external systems through ServiceNow APIs.

The role requires solid understanding of ServiceNow development, scripting, and ITSM module support in a hybrid PAN India environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience in a multi-tier enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and UX/UI design principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow Portals using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks.
• Work on UI/UX enhancements for ServiceNow applications and portals.
• Perform portal scripting in Angular and CSS-based UX/UI design.
• Create and maintain client-side and server-side scripts (e.g., Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes).
• Work with ServiceNow APIs and integrate with external systems (AD, SCCM, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure).
• Support ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, SLA, Catalog, Release, Virtual Agent).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow Portals using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks.
• Work on UI/UX enhancements for ServiceNow applications and portals.
• Perform portal scripting in Angular and CSS-based UX/UI design.
• Create and maintain client-side and server-side scripts (e.g., Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes).
• Work with ServiceNow APIs (GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc.).
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems such as AD, SCCM, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and monitoring tools.
• Support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Release Management, and Virtual Agent.
