Job summary

Anb Global in Mumbai is seeking a senior ServiceNow developer to deliver ITSM solutions, including Employee Center, Virtual Agent, and integrations. You will develop, configure and customize ServiceNow apps and work with Glide objects and portals.

You will collaborate with Business and Product owners, follow best practices, and ensure reliable, scalable implementations. 6+ years of experience and CSA/CAD certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on with script-based ServiceNow components (business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages).
• Experience with Glide objects (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax).
• Ability to build ServicePortal pages and customer widgets; good AngularJS understanding.
• Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Familiar with ITIL and IT operations concepts.
• CSA and CAD certifications are required.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Extensive hands-on experience of working with script based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc.
• Extensive experience of working with ServiceNow Glide objects such as GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax etc.
• Ability to build ServicePortal pages, designing customer widgets and good understanding of Angular JS
• Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
• Familiar with ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and documentation
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT operations management concepts
• Interpersonal skills should be strong to manage Business and Product owners.
• Strong logical thinking for real time solution and scenarios.
