Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to own and evolve the ServiceNow platform for enterprise-scale solutions. You will define architecture, lead cross-functional solution design, and mentor a team of developers to deliver scalable, secure integrations and automations.

The role emphasizes governance, upgrade strategy, and collaboration with security, infra, and product teams to drive AI-enabled innovations and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7–10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 5+ years designing and developing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and platform architecture.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, authentication methods, and enterprise integrations.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform governance and upgrade strategy.
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
