Job summary

Acesoft Labs is seeking a Service Now ITSM Developer on a contract (Hybrid) basis in Bangalore. The candidate should have 6+ years of relevant experience and will develop and configure ServiceNow components, integrate with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, and work with stakeholders on testing strategies across development, QA, and UAT environments.

Responsibilities include handling workflows, flow designer, event management, notifications, and portal design, as well as LDAP

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience configuring Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Widgets
• Integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools via REST/SOAP APIs
• Designing testing strategies for development, QA and UAT environments
• Experience with Workflow, Flow designer, Event management, notifications and third-party integrations
